Cbi Information Fir Towards Former President Ofhindi Prachar Sabha For Funds Misuse | Hubballi Information – Occasions of India


DHARWAD: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Benglauru, has registered an FIR towards the previous president of Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha (DBHPS, Dharwad) and others for legal conspiracy, misappropriation of property, dishonest, legal misconduct and abuse of official place.
Within the FIR filed on January 19, DBHPS former president Shivayogi Neeralkatti has been talked about as accused No. 1 and unknown public servants and personal individuals as accused No. 2. The case pertains to the alleged misuse of funds meant for propagation of Hindi granted to DBHPS between 2004-05 and 2016-17. The case has been registered underneath sections 120-B r/w 403, 420 of IPC and part 13(2) learn with 13(1) (d) of PC Act-1988.
The FIR has been filed after CBI/ACB/ Madurai performed preliminary inquiry vide PE2(A)12022 registered on February 28, 2022, towards unknown officers of DBHPS and unknown personal individuals on the idea of criticism dated December 8, 2021, obtained from joint fsecretary/ in cost Central Vigilance Officer of Ministry of Schooling Neeta Prasad alleging monetary irregularities in DBHPS. Deputy superintendent of police CBI, ACB, Madurai A Dhandapani, had performed the preliminary enquiry.
Through the preliminary enquiry, it has been discovered that DBHPS, the target of which was to popularise Hindi literacy amongst non-Hindi-speaking folks of south India, has deviated from its objective and began programs which had been under no circumstances associated to the aim for which the union authorities launched grants.

The inquiry revealed that R F Niralkatti (since expired) and his son Shivayogi Neeralkatti, working president since 2014, abused their official place and in conspiracy with unknown public servants and personal individuals submitted false profit-and-loss assertion to the Authorities of India and misappropriated and diverted the grants launched by Authorities of India for promotion of Hindi language for their very own use, and thereby dedicated offence punishable u/s. 120-B r/w 403, 420 of IPC and u/s. 13(2) r/w 13(1) (d) of PC Act, 1988,” the FIR added.
