NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi will go to Bali, Indonesia, from November 14-16 to attend the seventeenth G20 summit, the federal government mentioned in an official announcement. India will take over the presidency of G20 from Indonesia.
Through the Bali summit, G20 leaders will deliberate extensively upon key points of world concern underneath the summit theme of “Recuperate Collectively, Recuperate Stronger”. Three working periods shall be held as a part of the G20 summit agenda — meals and vitality safety; well being; and digital transformation.
“On the closing session of the summit, President Widodo will symbolically hand over the G20 presidency to PM Narendra Modi. India will formally assume the G20 presidency from December 1, 2022,” mentioned the federal government in an announcement.
